PREPARING FOR YOUR VISA MEDICALS
To ensure you successfully complete your health examination there are a few key things to remember:
- Your original and valid passport
- HAP ID or e-Medical Referral Letter (Australia)
- Medical examination and RadiologyForms (Papua New Guinea)
- Prescription glasses or contact lenses.
- Specialist’s report/s about your medical condition (if applicable)
VISA Medicals Process
Standard Procedure takes 1-3 working days and consists of two phases.
For Papua New Guinea:
- Registration, Verification of documents and Payment
- Laboratory sample collection
- Radiology (Chest X-ray)
- Vital signs and Eye test
- Physical Examination and review reports with the Doctor (phase 2)
For Australia:
- Registration, Verification of documents and Payment
- ID Photo capture
- Laboratory sample collection
- Radiology (Chest X-ray)
- Vital signs and Eye test
- Physical Examination and review reports with the Doctor (phase 2)
For New Zealand:
- Registration, Verification of documents, generating health case (NZER ID) and Payment
- ID Photo capture
- Laboratory sample collection
- Radiology (Chest X-ray)
- Vital signs and Eye test
- Physical Examination and review reports with the Doctor (phase 2)
For United Kingdom:
- Registration, Verification of documentsand Payment
- ID Photo (client to provide 1 x passport size photo, white background)
- Radiology (Chest X-ray)
- Vital signs and Eye test
- Physical Examination and review reports with the Doctor (phase 2)
